I’ve spent a lifetime understanding performance

What it demands, what it gives and what it takes away

And how to make it work in real life

I spent over a decade racing triathlon at the highest level and coaching everyday athletes. That experience—together with my academic background—shapes how I coach today.

“I’ve never had a coach this present—every workout gets reviewed, and the voice notes keep me honest even on travel weeks.”

“The plan adapts in real time. When my sleep and stress tanked, we adjusted immediately—and I still hit my race goal”
Mette
