Welcome to the official website of 4 x Danish Olympic Distance Triathlon Champion – Helle Frederiksen. Helle has been a Professional Triathlete since graduating from the University of Copenhagen in 2008. Helle obtained the highest grade possible while studying her Master of Science Degree in Physical Education & Human Nutrition.
Upon graduating University Helle decided to pursue a career in triathlon. Helles triathlon career now sees her compete at the highest level the sport has to offer, racing throughout famous cities all over the world. Like most Olympic distance triathletes, Helles main goal is to compete in the London 2012 Olympics.
