Welcome to the official website of London 2012 Olympian, Professional Triathlete and Master of Physical Education & Human Nutrition – Helle Frederiksen. Helle has been a Professional Triathlete since graduating from the University of Copenhagen in 2008. Helle obtained the highest grade possible while studying her Master of Science Degree in Physical Education & Human Nutrition.
Upon graduating University Helle decided to pursue a career in triathlon. Helle's triathlon career now sees her compete at the highest level the sport has to offer, racing throughout famous cities all over the world. In the summer of 2012 Helle fulfilled her life long ambition to represent Denmark at the Olympic Games.
